Depois descarte a \u00e1gua e enxague o feij\u00e3o.<br>Pique a carne seca em cubos e cozinhe por 15 \u00e0 20minutos, descarte a \u00e1gua, coloque \u00e1gua de novo e cozinhe por mais 40 minutos.<br>Drene a carne seca, deixe ela reservada por enquanto e n\u00e3o jogue fora a \u00e1gua desse cozimento.<br>Utilize essa \u00e1gua para cozinhar o feij\u00e3o. Quando levantar fervura, deixe cozinhar por 15 minutos, at\u00e9 o feij\u00e3o ficar macio.<br>Separe a \u00e1gua do feij\u00e3o mas n\u00e3o jogue fora, ela ser\u00e1 utilizada no preparo.<br>Numa panela coloque 2 colheres de \u00f3leo, manteiga de garrafa, banha ou tallow<br>Frite o bacon at\u00e9 ele soltar um pouco de gordura e acrescente a lingui\u00e7a e a carne seca e frite at\u00e9 dourar (10-12 minutos)<br>Acrescente a cebola e o alho e refogue<br>Adicione o arroz e frite bem (uns 2 minutos)<br>Acrescente os temperos e a pimentas e refogue um pouco.<br>Adicione o feij\u00e3o e cubra com a \u00e1gua que cozinhou a carne seca e o feij\u00e3o. Deixe um dedo e meio acima do arroz com feij\u00e3o.<br>Coloque louro e quando levantar fervura, abaixe o fogo, deixe semi-tampado e deixe cozinhe at\u00e9 secar.<br>Tire as folhas de louro, coloque o coentro, o queijo e misture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sobre o prato<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bai\u00e3o de dois \u00e9 um prato de origem cearense, t\u00edpico da regi\u00e3o Nordeste e partes da regi\u00e3o Norte do Brasil, como Rond\u00f4nia, Acre, Amazonas e Par\u00e1. Consiste num preparado de arroz e feij\u00e3o, de prefer\u00eancia o feij\u00e3o verde ou feij\u00e3o novo. \u00c9 frequente adicionar-se queijo coalho. N\u00e3o se adiciona carne-seca no Cear\u00e1. Na Para\u00edba e em Pernambuco, existe uma variante dessa iguaria chamada de rubac\u00e3o, um prato bastante apreciado no
