Adicione o vinho seco e mexa at\u00e9 o \u00e1lcool evaporar.<br>Acrescente o molho de tomate e \u00e1gua e mexa de vez em quando at\u00e9 reduzir bastante, por volta de 1 hora.<br>Adicione o sal e o tempero de sua prefer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Molho branco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Em uma panela derreta 40 gramas de manteiga, adicione 40 gramas de farinha de trigo e mexa bem com um fu\u00ea at\u00e9 n\u00e3o ter mais cheiro de farinha crua. Acrescente o leite e os temperos (louro, cebola, cravo da \u00edndia, noz-moscada, pimenta branca) e mexe at\u00e9 engrossar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9 aque\u00e7a o forna a 180\u00b0 C<br>Monte a lasanha come\u00e7ando com um pouco de molho branco no fundo da forma, depois coloque uma camada de macarr\u00e3o, uma de molho branco, uma de molho bolonhesa e uma de queijo. Repita at\u00e9 encher a forma, terminando com os queijos mussarela e parmes\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cubra com papel alum\u00ednio e leve ao forno at\u00e9 derreter o queijo ou pelo tempo indicado na embalagem do macarr\u00e3o.
