tablespoons<br>1 onion coarsely chopped<br>2 garlic cloves coarsely chopped<br>Chopped Potato: about 600g<br>Water to cover the potatoes<br>Salt.<br>Chopped bacon: 90g.<br>Sliced \u200b\u200bsausage: 150g<br>Black pepper to taste<br>Chopped chives to taste.<br>Chopped kale\/collard: about 150g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saute onion and garlic<br>Add the potato and a pinch of salt<br>Add water to cover the potatoes<br>Cover the pot and when you get pressure, cook for 10 minutes<br>While the potato cooks, fry the bacon and sausage<br>Check if the potato is cooked<br>Mash the potato in a food processor or mixer<br>If necessary, add more water<br>Pour the potato cream into the pan with the sausage and bacon<br>Mix and check if you need more salt<br>Add, black pepper and chives to taste<br>Add the kale\/collard<br>When it starts bubbling, it&#8217;s ready<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
