Asar la Calabaza:<\/strong> Precalienta el horno a 180\u00b0 C. Coloca la calabaza en una bandeja y hornea hasta que la pulpa est\u00e9 muy tierna al perforarla con un tenedor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Preparar el Pur\u00e9:<\/strong> Una vez asada la calabaza, retira las semillas y, con una cuchara, extrae toda la pulpa. Mach\u00e1cala bien con un tenedor o utiliza un procesador de alimentos para obtener un pur\u00e9 suave. Sazona con sal, pimienta negra y nuez moscada al gusto. Si el pur\u00e9 est\u00e1 muy denso, a\u00f1ade un poco de agua para lograr una consistencia m\u00e1s cremosa. Reserva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Cocinar la Carne Seca:<\/strong> Cocina la carne seca ya desalada en una olla a presi\u00f3n durante unos 15 minutos despu\u00e9s de que alcance la presi\u00f3n. Desh\u00e9brala con la ayuda de dos tenedores o usa el modo de pulso de un procesador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Sofre\u00edr la Carne Seca:<\/strong> En una sart\u00e9n, calienta un chorrito de aceite de oliva y sofr\u00ede la cebolla picada hasta que est\u00e9 transparente. A\u00f1ade la carne seca deshebrada y sofr\u00ede por unos minutos m\u00e1s. Termina con perejil y cebollino picados al gusto y reserva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Cocinar la Pasta:<\/strong> Cocina el conchiglione en agua hirviendo con sal, siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete para que quede &#8220;al dente&#8221;. Escurre y reserva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Montar el Plato:<\/strong> Extiende el queso crema o la salsa blanca en el fondo de una fuente para horno.
