Prepare a assadeira:<\/strong> Unte generosamente o fundo de uma assadeira de metal com manteiga. Em seguida, polvilhe a\u00e7\u00facar por toda a superf\u00edcie untada, espalhando bem. Reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Misture os ingredientes secos:<\/strong> Em uma panela grande, com o fogo ainda desligado, peneire a farinha e o amido de milho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Crie a base do creme:<\/strong> Adicione o a\u00e7\u00facar e o leite \u00e0 panela. Crie a camada queimada:<\/strong> Com o fogo desligado, despeje uma pequena concha do creme quente sobre o caramelo na assadeira e espalhe cuidadosamente, sem misturar. Ligue o fogo baixo novamente e movimente a assadeira sobre a chama.
