Ingredients
- Shelled raw pistachios
- Water
- Sunflower oil (optional)

Modo de Preparo:
- Soak the pistachios in hot water for 1 minute.
- Drain and spread on a cloth.
- Rub the cloth to dry the pistachios and remove the skins.
- Remove any remaining skins by hand.
- Grind the pistachios in a food processor.
- Scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed.
- Gradually add water until you reach the desired consistency.
Tips:
- Add sunflower oil or another flavorless oil, if desired.
- You can add sugar to taste.
