Easy red rice in pressure cooker

Ingredients
Onion: 1 unit
Garlic: 2 cloves
Red rice: 1 cup
Oil or fat: 1 tablespoon
Water: 2 and 1/2 cups
Salt to taste
Fresh herbs to taste

How to make
Chop the onion and garlic.
In a pan add a spoon of oil, add the onion and garlic and fry until golden.
Add the rice and sauté well.
Add water and salt.
Cover the pan and when you get pressure, lower the heat and cook about 25 minutes.
Let the pressure go out by itself and open the pan. If you still have water, return to the fire with the pan open until dry.
Add the chopped fresh herbs and serve.
