Ingredients
Wheat flour – 300 grams
Chocolate chips – 300 grams
Unsalted butter – 200 grams
Brown sugar – 200 grams
White Sugar – 80 grams
Eggs – 2 units
Baking soda – 8 grams
Salt – 4 grams
Vanilla essence – 16 grams
Baking powder – 4 grams
How to do it
Beat the butter and sugars for about 3 minutes, stopping to clean the sides every minute. It should be a fluffy, airy and whitish cream.
Add eggs, vanilla essence, and salt. Beat for another 30 seconds.
Add sifted flour and beat for about 30 seconds
Add the baking soda, baking powder and chocolate chips and beat for another 30 seconds.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
Make balls and bake for 15 minutes.
