Ingredients
Ears of corn: about 30 ears
Milk: ½ cup
Sugar: 1 ½ cup
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Oil or lard: 3 tbsp
How to make
grate the corn
scrape the ears
Add the other ingredients and mix
Grease a baking sheet with oil or melted lard.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (355° F) for 40 minutes or until well done.
