Easy mulled wine

Ingredients

Sugar: ½ cup
Cinnamon stick: 2 units
Clove: 5 units (or to taste)
Water: 500 ml / 17 fl oz
Apple: 2 units
Red wine: 1 bottle

How to make

Add sugar, cinnamon and cloves to pan.
Stir occasionally until sugar melts and caramelizes.
Add water little by little.
Add chopped apples and wine.
When it boils, cover the pan and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.
