This garlic confit recipe is the perfect way to add flavor to any dish

3 heads of garlic

How to make

Thresh the garlic
Peel the garlic. I used the pot method for peeling. Place the garlic in the pot, cover and shake.
Pour and separate the peeled ones from the peeled ones. Place the unpeeled ones in the pot and repeat the process.
Remove the hard part of garlic.
Put the garlic in a small baking dish
Coat the garlic with olive oil
Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil
Bake at 100°C (212°F) for about 1 hour
Store in a sterilized jar
