Ingredients:
- Sweetened condensed milk: 14 oz (395 g)
- Light cream: 7 oz (200 g)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Flesh of avocado (approx. 28 oz / 800 g)
Instructions:
- Blend the sweetened condensed milk, light cream, and lime juice in a blender or food processor until well combined.
- Add the chopped avocado flesh and blend until smooth and free of lumps.
- Pour the mixture into a container with a lid and freeze for 1 hour.
- Remove the container from the freezer and stir the ice cream with a whisk or electric mixer for a few minutes.
- Return the ice cream to the freezer for another 30 minutes and repeat the stirring process every 30 minutes until the ice cream reaches the desired consistency.
- Serve the avocado ice cream and enjoy a delicious and refreshing dessert!
Tips:
- For a more intense lime flavor, add 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
- If desired, you can add other ingredients to the ice cream, such as chopped chocolate, nuts, or red berries.
