Water: enough to cover the wheat.
Oil: approx. 1 tbsp.
Onion: 1 unit.
Garlic: 1 clove.
Ginger to taste.
Parsley to taste.
Salmon to taste (optional).
Chopped Pumpkin: 8 cups ~ 1 kg ≃ 2.2 lb.
salt to taste
Syrian seasoning to taste (optional)
Black pepper to taste
Chives and parsley to taste.
