Ingredients

Olive oil: 2.5 tablespoons
1 onion coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves coarsely chopped
Chopped Potato: about 600g
Water to cover the potatoes
Salt.
Chopped bacon: 90g.
Sliced ​​sausage: 150g
Black pepper to taste
Chopped chives to taste.
Chopped kale/collard: about 150g

How to make

Saute onion and garlic
Add the potato and a pinch of salt
Add water to cover the potatoes
Cover the pot and when you get pressure, cook for 10 minutes
While the potato cooks, fry the bacon and sausage
Check if the potato is cooked

If necessary, add more water
